i believe this was supposed to be a collectible but i have absolutely no idea as to what purpose it would have served if any
@ShyGuys_arecool: No, Note Blocks weren't in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Instead, there were blocks known as "Jump Blocks" that basically did the same thing.
