Jetsetter is definitely an underrated design. :3
Honestly, the fact that Nin★Syun1 (the Expert Staff Ghost for Rainbow Road) managed to get a great time (2:44.734) on that track, on the Jetsetter, with MANUAL drift, is insane. Shoutouts to them.
-Has the worst handling, off-road, and mini-turbo in the game in addition to low acceleration and drift
-Is the fastest vehicle in the game and is heavy, but is actually the lightest large kart in the game
-Fittingly calls itself the Jetsetter
-Doesn't need to elaborate further

Also, you need to earn a 1 Star rank or higher on all 150cc Retro Grand Prix Cups just to unlock this clunky kart.
