EASILY the most overpowered item in the game. The concept of an item that hurts everybody already sounds insane, and in execution, it's even MORE insane. It not only makes everyone slower for some time, but gets rid of their item, and said item could be very useful for them to win the race. Using this strategically in the right spot to prevent others from utilizing power items will be VERY effective, even if some may dodge it, and when you do that while chaining into a power item yourself? Oh, BROTHER. You'll absolutely STEAMROLL the race. And you never have to worry about another shock, as in this game, only one can be in play at any time, and there is a 30-second cooldown before another one can be obtained by anybody.
