This looks like the same model from the Vancouver and Beijing (famously used in Source Filmmaker and Garry's Mod as a free addon for Steam, ripped by Random Talking Bush and Apoc Hedgie)...trust me, I have the Vancouver Yoshi model ripped from that game and I compared that and this model together while in Blender (even without textures enabled). They look the same aside from a minor texture mapping difference (mainly in the body/shoe textures).
