i think there's a normal ability star for pause description purposes
It would've gone unused anyways even if it was somehow implemented, because you can't eject normal, despite the stars saying it's somehow possible
@wildwaylon1 The Stopwatch copy ability star (and super ability star) is an ability star that when collected returns you to normal Kirby. However, in the final game, this ability star goes unused as it would be pointless to have an ability that lost you your ability.
Maybe a placeholder, or an unused icon for a normal Kirby/ unused powerup.
