This guy's last submesh includes 3 random triangles on the body that are using the mouth texture. One triangle under his chin, and two more on his back. It looks weird, but just confirming that it is actually like that in-game. I couldn't remember so I double-checked.

You can see the triangle under his chin during normal gameplay, if you look closely. I used Dolphin's free cam to check his back. Alchemy's viewer shows the same. I left it as-is, but to edit it, it's as simple as selecting those 3 triangles and assigning the body texture instead.
