This game is so nostalgic for me! ...Which is why I was horrified when I went back and realized how graphic the death animations in this children's game are O_o
Hope that venture proves fruitful. anyways, the title listed should be "Frogger 2: Swampy's Revenge." There are actually 3 different games labeled "Frogger 2," and this is actually the second of those.

I know I'm kinda late (although the comments on this page happen so far in-between anyway), but yes, I believe Tad has his own model. If you play as him and look closely at him and the other baby frogs on the stage results screen, Tad definitely looks like he has more polygons.
@Xiron: Tad is his own model, slightly different from the blue baby frog. You can vaguely tell during gameplay. I think anyway?

In fact it is called Tad on the Frog selection menu. With that said shouldn't "Baby Frog" technically be under the playables section? Although collecting those frogs is kinda the main focus of the game on 98% of the levels, so.... arg the complications!
