You can actually change the category by editing the submission. Click on the pencil icon and rename the category to change it.
I did this in the past for the Digimon Masters Online page in the past, cause' I was bugged that all of the Digimon weren't organized by their levels.

If the other Digimon can be ripped, the categories should be like this:
Obtainable (or Playable?) Digimon - Rookie/Child
Obtainable Digimon - Champion/Adult
Obtainable Digimon - Ultimate/Perfect
Obtainable Digimon - Mega/Ultimate

Enemy Digimon - Rookie/Child
Enemy Digimon - Champion/Adult
Enemy Digimon - Ultimate/Perfect
Enemy Digimon - Mega/Ultimate

Same goes for the Digimon bosses as well.
