Welcome back old friend
Flailing its mouth open and closed and filling in words, shaking its head 'no', growling at people, it was just a stupid tech demo but man was it fun to do!
It's on a developer CD, so Sony probably wanted to show off the absolute best graphics possible to potential developers.
It looks really nice for being a PSX model
