@Rooster Most people who play this don't seem to know you can do either of those things. Or glide without a fan, for that matter.
I honestly suspect this is an early placeholder for the Woolie model and they just left it in because why not.
Unpopular opinion: these guys are easy to avoid. Just use the run button wisely and crouch to dodge their incoming proyectiles while standing still.
