UPDATE: Thanks to the repository leak, we have what looks to be a unique taunt animation for this. One day I hope the textures for this appear in another big leak.
Two things:
I'm pretty sure this was meant for Medic as it first appeared in the Medic update in 2008
The UV layout on the model is very broken and unfinished, good luck getting a texture on this.
