I already tried that, and i did got the file. However, i didnt had TF2 installed at the moment, and i didnt wanted to spend 2 hours downloading the game just to get the file.
@jamie_25 you can get the model straight from the game in .smd format, you must download the tools GCFScape and Crowbar. You must go to Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf and then open the file "tf2_textures_dir.vpk" using GCFScape. Afterwards, you must locate models\player\soldier, then extract the file "soldier.mdl". Then, you must decompile the .mdl using Crowbar, and amongst the decompiled files you will find "soldier.smd".
Does anyone have an SMD version of the file?
