Honestly the shrinking of her breasts makes the chestplate look smoother and not weirdly warped.

I think the Shadow Generations version did this model better in terms of the changes. Her Latex Suit now goes fully over her back, so at least the wings aren't clipping awkwardly through.

@WarGrey Hardly noticeable IMHO, a least it's not that thing she wore in sonic heroes.

It just that literally everything I hear about this game is a tiny nitpick that doesn't effect the game in any way.

@Futatabi6 It doesn't make sense logically because her wings are extra limbs and having her back covered it wouldn't let them breathe.
As for the cleavage, yeah, same deal. The chest needs to breathe as well.

@GILmaster3d SEGA censored her back and cleavage in Generations 2024 version. Seriously though. The changes of scripts and cutscene animations are indeed unnecessay on this game.

Honestly (not to start anything) it just wasn't THAT big of a deal to begin with.

I'm sure Soccer Moms back when SA2 Dropped have made some complaints, but they mostly kind of brushed them off. Her Heroes Outfit still had chevage showing, and Sonic Team eventually gave her original design back. Again, any complaints were brushed off. She's the "Sexy Spy Character" and the design reflects on that, and it's been that way since 2006.

It was fine in TSR: Overdrive because it was after Gens and Forces.

It just wasn't a big deal to begin with, so why make the change? I know it's not a substantial change, but it's still odd. Same with Amy being changed in the cutscenes along with her bio or Knuckles interaction with Classic Sonic. (The script change was completely unnecessary)

Make whatever changes you want, but leave the past alone.
