Fun fact: He's actually more based off of Bubba Zanetti than Boba Fett.
As if he didn't look enough like Boba Fett already...Capcom had to go and make him green.
Looked him up... I don't really see the resemblance. He's just a blonde guy with an ordinary motor cycle helmet. Personality wise I don't doubt theres some influence, but the design clearly didn't take anything from him. I think whoever was interviewed misunderstood and was only talking about where the name Vava came from.
