This and Chamber of Secrets only has 2 years between them as release dates and look at the difference between models... Models are truly wonderful even in today's standards too.
I wonder why after making such ugly models for the 2nd (2nd game somehow has uglier looking characters than the first one, especially Hermione), they just upped their game for these top notch models.

MESSGAE: the OBJ files for these models are mirrored im afraid, but you can open the FBX that isnt mirrored then re-export as an OBJ and will work fine, this was my fault as my default import and export settings where flipped. dont think this is todo with your software. my apologise
