sorry for being late, but i got models from the first moorhuhn kart game and they had t-poses, because they looked different
This came before the other games and the devs had a different method of setting the default poses and you thought they had t poses because of the games AFTER this released making use of t poses

i was confused by first because the third, thunder and remake have t-posed models
@fajnygosciu1234 They are not t-pose characters, rip normal from bones. Because this is the Renderware .dff engine
it is possible to rip the characters t-posed, but you need to move their wheels manually, there is a quickbms script to extract the archive, also you need to separate the racer models between the karts because they do not have proper materials
