@MicroSRB2 It's a very simple fix, Just open the texture in any image manipulation program (Photoshop, paint.net, GIMP, etc..) and use the fill bucket tool on the transparent parts

When imported into Blender, All of the white parts are black. Is this normal?

I'm surprised this was actually modeled in game and wasn't a part of a pre-rendered cutscene

Back when I liked Naughty Dog's games...

The amount of rigging they put into this low poly model is crazy.
Glad the N Sane team put in the polish and extra work to preserve the original mesh but greatly improve the rigging and weighting
