Actually, it is on the model, it's just the same colour as the body. It's missing its texture
I'm gonna revise this model soon. It's missing the bowtie texture (AKA Concept Bendy's hand texture) and even if it was added, the model for the bowtie is wrong, so the UV maps don't line up. I'll have to add the proper bowtie.
