the problem with the skins is that you can't apply them unless you extract them yourself, because they aren't packed in a zip file, it's one big image
Just found a quickBMS script to unpack the .tbv Archive: http://aluigi.altervista.org/bms/tbv.bms
the RCRacers.tbv file contains most of the data and can be opened with game extractor.
.tbb seems to be another type of 3d model file (specific to sierra)...no clue how to open that one though...

im not quite sure....couldnt find converting methods for the files.....i guess imma try ninja ripper
Just curious, are the tracks in this game models or sprites?

game extractor can open .tbv and .rbx archives used by the game...the car models are in .ase and .mod textures....i forgot how i opened them....tracks seem to use either .bmx or .plx files....
