I wonder if there will ever be an Animation's Resource. It would be pretty cool!

For those who are asking why the models have multiple maps on a single object with different layouts is primarily have to do with how they made the UV maps for them. Like the diffuse will match with the UV coords with that and the same for normal and specular.. plus they used multi-texturing to do it. I use it all the time in Blender but i never made normal maps for UV's that are laid out differently. But to get the results you want.. if you're using cycles you need to attach a UV map node to the image texture node that has the normal map loaded in.

I felt like this was needed since i see people wanting to know how to get the same results that are in the game.

One would think they could have fixed it

update on light dragon: it got rejected, but honestly i dont mind, simply because it is super complicated to figure out how it even works. if you were wanting to get the model, theres a couple places where i saw some models of the light dragon and the others.

its something to do with thinfilm and some complex geometry nodes and stuff like that.

what i mean by "dragons uv's are the weirdest things to ever exist" was that theres like 3 uv's, 1 for the main diffuse, 1 for the scale emission texture, and the 3rd one i dont know, all in 1 singular mesh (refering to the main body)

alright great to know! (proceeds to destroy pc because dragons uv's are the weirdest things to ever exist)

@CharlesRBLX: Don't worry about material settings. Common model formats don't preserve most of the settings, and different programs interpret them differently anyway. All that matters for the site is that the textures are correctly assigned and the UV maps are intact. (See some of the models on this page for examples.)

ok so the main problem with last dragon is not of extracting it, but with its materials, secret stone materials are weird, and im not too sure if someone is gonna make the most complex nodes that were ever created to just make a cool looking rock

Submitted the Light Dragon! I'll eventually do the other one (not telling which one bc spoilers for people who haven't even finished the game yet)

@Dark_Ansem They probably had Sturdy Wooden Stick, Sturdy Thick Stick, Long Stick, and weapons with Gloom markings on them such as Eightfold Blade and Eightfold Longblade, yet dropped the ball because of life.

Has anyone attempted to rip Link's Fursona the Hero's Aspect outfit yet? I've been itching to get a closer look at it cause it always looked strange compared to Rauru & Mineru...

Big thanks to whoever uploaded the UMii assets! I'm trying to use them in blender to put some characters together, but I'm running into a bit of trouble regarding how the textures work. My main goal is to get them into SFM or just animate with them in Blender, does anybody have some advice for the workflow?

@squfiykid: I hope you realize that a single message takes less than a minute to compose whereas reviewing a single model takes several minutes apiece. That's not a fair assessment to make.
