I wonder if they took inspiration from an actual Yoshi plush for this? I have one that looks very similar to this.
My favorite Zelda character, Yoshi
Pretty sure it's the lack of mouth or the whiteness around the mouth.
Something seems off, but I have no idea what. It might be the visible symmetry lines through the vertical center or it being overly saturated.
