I love that a song from an Earthbound hack made it into Smash Bros!

It's been almost six years this was released, and I still can't believe this is real... I created a Mii of Sans on my Switch, solely for using this costume in Smash XD. And I agree, @HeroMan, Sans should absolutely be an actual fighter in the next Smash game. Especially now, since Deltarune has a really important place in Nintendo now (the reveal trailer being in the Switch 2 Direct is proof enough of that).

The part I find funny is that they made a whole new remix of Megalovania when it's first ever use was the Earthbound Halloween hack, years before Undertale released

Interesting, the Gaster Blaster textures are just called sans_blaster, while the model is called "Buster_g", where g is obviously Gaster.
