@NMarioMaster7: Bowser Jr.'s model is the exact same as the one in New Super Mario Bros. Wii, so you can use that one instead: https://www.models-resource.com/wii/newsupermariobroswii/model/2242/

I just discovered that Koopalings use the 3D model of NSMBW, so they won't be.

The Mechakoopas do not appear in the 3D World theme, so they are just sprites.
