nvm i found out how i did it by getting switch toolbox then downloading a gamebanana splatoon-related thing then unzipping it then opening folder in the switch toolbox then going to the animations then like exporting it to a seanim then importing it with a seanim addon for blender (unzip it first by extracting all) and i think if you wanna import it to roblox studio you can import a 3D model then go to the animation editor then import a fbx file ( you gotta have the seanim one in blender imported to a fbx first )

@crumbledcandy animations aren't uploaded here, but rather people rip them from the game, not sure the specifics but iirc people use some addons to import them to blender
off topic how do people get animations
