Nevermind on my previous message, I was doing it wrong anyway, and I swapped to the Splatoon 3 Inkling model where stuff had gone a lot smoother

How do I remove the leg clipping with the pants? I'm using btm_010 on a male inkling model, I'm seeing stuff from previous conversation here saying to use the alpha maps like what's in the GearAlphaMask folder, though there does not seem to be a corresponding alpha mask texture for btm_010, does anyone know if there is or if there's something else I'm supposed to do?

Can anybody help me out I am trying to a create at Sims 4 Mods of all of amiibo this is what I got up to now what do i do next thx

these just appear as audio files for me

OH GOD

R.I.P all of Jasper7438's links

rescale it

idk if i extracted the zip file wrong or something but whenever try importing female hair 001 into blender i just get a small player model. any solutions?

@Jasper7438 Callie and Marie don't have the fxm textures in their Splatoon 3 models... what should I do?

How do you change the mouth color? I can't find a texture for it and whatever I do makes the teeth the same color as the mouth.

Does anyone know how to move the pupils independently? And what's the purpose of the eye bone? since so far when i move it nothing happens.

@TheEverythingGuy its the mouths overlapping

Hey why does the player model have a mustache

Oh yes, I forgot that this page is dead

How to change the eyelid lighting change?

Since many of the images I have previously posted are now broken, I will post everything I have previously posted + other setups I think most would find helpful in setting up Splatoon 2 player models. The node setups below are specifically for Blender.
Remember to use Standard view transform instead of filmic for more vibrant colors. This works better for most video game models. View transform is found under the render tab at the bottom in "Color Management".
Body Color Node Setup. You can use an RGB node in a group to synchronize the skin color with the eyelids.
Player Eye Color Node Setup
Player Eyelids Node Setup
Player Hair Color Node Setup. You can use an RGB node in a group to synchronize the ink color across materials [hair, clothes, etc].
Additional - How to Attatch Hair and Clothing to Splatoon 2 Player Models
Additional - Gear Alpha Mask Setup. This prevents most of the body clipping through the clothes. Use the appropriate alpha mask textures for your chosen items.
Additional - Callie/Marie Dress HLT/FXM Node Setup. Note that this is a setup for this particular FXM. The purpose of a FXM changes depending on the material. I find that most of the time they are used to prevent the effect of a texture appearing on an entire mesh [such as this dress HLT], but this is not always the case.

Anyone still have Jasper's node setup images? FXM specifically

@Koopa512 Ah, fair enough! I'll do that, then

@RaggedyStar that's the correct way

This may be a silly question...but if you've assembled your Inkling in Blender, textured it and all that...how do you actually MOVE the eyes?
I was going to just use a 'UV Project' modifier to just project the eyes and move them that way, but I just wondered if there was an easier/proper way?
