Still weird how Mario, Luigi, and Bowser don't appear anywhere in this game at all.

If anyone wants progress, I'm working on the mermaid peach model

@DangerZone2486 what helps to lock a item in place in blender would be (for example attaching head to body) go to pose or edit mode and select something on the body like "J_head" then while the bone is selected press shift+S and select "cursor to selected" option then go to object mode and select the object you want to move and select JUST the armature of what you want to move and again press shift+S and this time choose "Selection to cursor" and it will move it to the correct place.then you must make sure the head armature is parented to the body armature. if you want the head to remain its own armature then you just set the J_head as a parent of the neck bone( but your mileage may vary)

The basic henchmen of the Sour Bunch remind me a lot of the Primids from Subspace (Brawl).

How does one go about zeroing in Peach's head and locking it into place in Blender so that it doesn't move around on it's own? I have been having difficulties doing this. DangerZone

For characters with no official name, descriptive names (e.g. "Plant Boss") are fine.

@Grounder: Not in this instance, though, for this game enemies just have ID numbers instead of actual filenames (e.g. "EN_FEN_00").

Presumably by their filename.

Kinda wondering how naming would be for enemies on here when alot of the enemies in the game have no confirmed names.

@DogToon64: I mean, how do you construct the model properly in blender? Which files do I import, and in which order?

@DaKardii: In the top-left corner, select "File > Import", then select the file type you want to import.

How can I import these models into Blender?

I Spy Toad ^^

More sparklas let's goooo. These guys are cool

yes i myself canceled as it was a fbx

@Superstar Mario Trio: The user cancelled the submission themself, it was not rejected. Don't jump to conclusions.

Oof... Kung Fu Peach model got rejected.

@Peardian ok i understand

@XDM inc: FBX is only allowed as an additional bonus, not as a substitute for OBJ/DAE. Preserving normal maps or other extra material settings is unimportant to us because every program handles settings differently. One of the main issues with FBX are that it the format occasionally gets updated. If your program is too new or too old, you may be completely unable to open the file and have no idea why. DAE and OBJ have remained unchanged for over a decade and still see wide support, making them ideal to use.

@Peardian i also read that FBX is allowed, i prefer FBX as it seems to be a issue with dae (at least when i try to export) sometimes it doesn't remember normal maps or sometimes lacks some elements i added. even if its proprietary i feel its mostly accessible.
