Most parts of him use different colours in-game to portray different characters! Use the mask textures to get the desired effect; the small icon is an example of such.

Uh, what is up with the extreme whiteness of this guy?
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think there's actually a Trainer Class in SwSh called "Hunk" nor has that character model anywhere in the games.
