Just a note: The reason Jessie's hair always pointed the same way in the anime is so that her body forms the letter "R" in her typical pose.

The hair going straight back makes sense.
The reason it's always to the side in the anime is to show off her hair from any angle.
Side view in the anime as well looks just like this with the hair going back. In 3D it just would look weird the hair follows the camera like it does in the anime.

@Doc von Schmeltwick I already took a stab at fixing her. Jessie seems to be the only model I don't like in the game, which is a shame as I love her as a character. I shifted a few vertexs around and reposed her mouth and think she looks much more like she should. The hair is posed for this picture, T-Pose has it straight back. https://tinyurl.com/ycdza8hd

I prefer that it be cocked to the side at least a little, at least then she looks as bizarre as she honestly should.

Also I see she has the big forehead that she only has in the anime when her hair gets wet and goes down.
