I'm guessing Mario is taking awhile to upload because he's got multiple models for different poses and animations, right?
If it's any help, I'd like to try my hand at getting Mario himself set up for the site if there's not anything currently pending for him.
I have the game files on hand and the needed tools to fix them up, just need to know what needs to be done to the models for them to be acceptable is all.

I asked in the Discored sever a while ago, and the answer appears to be no.
Does anyone know if there are updated versions of the unused sprites of the PM64 partners from the original TTYD in the files here?
I just don't understand why Nintendo didn't do updated character renders for these since they're 2D.
Im surprised they are actually 3d models here but I guess it makes sense given the white layer and the segmented body parts

How do you get the thickness effect in a render? Is it just manually re-added via copying the pieces and making them white?
