@Doc von Schmeltwick: Hah, seems that's a side-effect of me rendering her model's material setups incorrectly. The "skin" material for her mouth apparently isn't supposed to use the normal map like all of the rest do, and there's actually a slight indent between her nose and mouth on that which caused it to show up. Either way, I've re-rendered the preview image.
