IIRC, I know what the eye models looked like in Wireframe view. They're so big.

This model of Princess Peach reminds me of the one from Luigi's Mansion 3 due to the hair looking similar, and same with Mario and Luigi's models from Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope though I only find the models similar to the Mario Bros.' models from Luigi's Mansion 3 because of certain lighting.
