Many of the models had different looking textures. The Machoke here had lighter textures and or some reason the textures were completely changed. I'm wondering if it's possible to mod in the original textures into the original game

All the others are the same as they are in the sequels.

I think the only two Pokemon you can use in battle with different models are Nidoking and Exeggutor, who've both been ripped.

This game has the best looking Nidoking compared to the one in Stadium 2 and Stadium GS.
He's much much cuter.
