There's a hack that was made for this game that removes culling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQLYWeQjAIw

So maybe I could try ripping from here again with the hack. It'd make it so much easier.

I attempted to rip the Beach level, but it'll take too long to add textures and remove unnecessary stuff, so I've felt like giving up on it. I also attempted Todd, but his textures are too messed up to fix properly. What a shame.
