This is definitely a pikachu tail odds are its based on the original ken sugimori artwork which did have a white spot near the top
i don't think it's pikachu's tail. its design on it doesn't match the appearance in the games and anime
Find it funny they left this in the file even though they probably cut it pretty quick cause Nintendo definitely wouldn't want it in Conker.
It was used in a unused cutscene where one of the weasels beat up Pikachu. (Which was cut of course)
