How many T-poses are there
H-Posing lol
This is the natural evolution to T posing.
Ye (also models not doing a T-pose or an H-pose could make it harder to animate the model).

@iChibi I think he means manually rigging the models, which I think is time consuming maybe that's why it's hard.

try rigging a character in a pose and see how "easy" it is
I never understood why T-Poses were neccesary. People who are lazy creating bones using automatic assigning need T-Poses.
