The 3D model doesn't include the Eva, it's a separate model that's considered an effect by the game and it's attached to the main model (Rei). Sadly the current ripping tool for this game isn't able to extract effects (although support for that is planned to be added).
I've decided to name it like this to keep consistency with the in-game names.
