@randommajin: With a very small amount of effort you can make them T-pose even without having to mess with uvmaps or textures... http://i.imgur.com/xCl3Dn8.png -- It's nice to post these for people to use even posed though anyway for fan art or other uses like just looking at the low poly topology and getting an idea of how to allow such deformations with limiting the poly counts so much. Reference is always nice.

What we are using to rip these models is a script to convert the .dat files into .obj models.
Now, the models that you get are not in a T-pose cause that's the way this script is able to render the geometry data, for the time being there's no actual way to rip the models in a T-pose without changing or upgrading the script.
Sadly I am as much ignorant about coding as a beginner can be so I cannot update or make any change to the script.

Why do you keep porting these if they are not in T-pose? You can't really do anything with them.

@Rope435 Is there anything specific you want? Incase buildings/stages, they have a different format and I stopped trying to figure it out.

@blackfolder I copied files from my mobile to the PC weeks ago. Last time I checked yes, they were in binary. This means text editors won't help because they are not human readable format like Collada files but you can extract data once you figure out which byte means what. Game got a few updates later so I don't know if anything has changed.

I don't have the game or any of the game's files right now but I want something to learn. You mention that the file is unencrypted so when I open the files with text editors, I can already see the data (e.g. vertices, normals, etc) right?

No special program that injects or anything. This game has unencrypted files. For instance stage & building textures are ordinary PNG images or sounds are OGG files out in the open. I basically took the monster files and figured out the format enough to be able to rip 3D geometry. So my technique won't help you because it depends on the game, sorry.
