@TheNewJGG Might be late, but I'm assuming the game uses Unity as with other Hardlight titles. UnityAssetStudio should work just fine.
is there any online documentation about ripping the assets from this game?

It's the Apple Arcade version. I ripped the Mac version, idk if iOS is any different though.
Why is there a second Sonic Racing?
@dlfon99: Seems to be an iOS-exclusive (iPhone/iPad/Apple Arcade) so I've moved it to "Mobile".
... which Sonic Racing? vanilla, transformed? This doesn't look like team racing so at least I know it's not that one.
