Here is the in-game rig model with animations in case anyone wants, in FBX format.
Here's a tip on how to rip models with rigs from Sonic Forces Speed Battle using AssetStudioGUI:
1. Filter Animator, AnimationClip, Mesh and Texture2D
2. Click on "Container" in the Asset List tab
3. Each container has the characters' names, highlight all the files in that container
4. Right click and press export with selected animator + animations or whatever it says there, should export them in a folder called Animator as FBX file with all the bones and animations.
5. PROFIT!!!
