The master ball is now obtainable via research tasks as I was able to get one after completing one of the newer research tasks.
I used to think the master ball was a mod, but nope! alot of people modded in the unused master ball and with the same catch rate data which is very surprising!
Was that a Master Ball?! That thing was unused in the game data!
