The regular arms where made for X DiVE for him to hold different weapons. Seems like they didn't put alot of effort in the insides, if you check the model, Taicom just took the parts from the legs and put them on the arms, lmao.

I didn't know this armor HAD normal arms, it's always got the heavy weapons
