Might be a good idea to separate the characters by it's series (like X would go in a section called Playable Characters (Mega Man X), and MMZ Zero would be in a section called Playable Characters (Mega Man Zero))

Question, how many mods use these models to add more stuff into Offline?

This game is a godsend for fan animations

They should try to get the models of the collab and any data that will not be on the final game. Unless the final game does have those models and it is just you cannot get them in-game but I suggest anyone that can get the game data to back it up before the game goes full offline.

With the recent announcement of Mega Man X DiVE Offline, seems there's no immediate rush anymore.
...except for the collaboration content. Apparently that's not being brought over.

@SuperMario123311 I'm datamining the game rn and on to the models now. I have X's model with rigging, though I'm not sure how I'm gonna get the animations exported. I've also got all the animated character art, just have to convert them for web. Doing this for 140 characters + the skins is gonna be pain.

Can someone get the rigged models? It’s gonna suck once this game’s servers go offline and these great character models potentially become lost forever.
I don’t know why a majority of these are literally just static, unrigged .OBJs when it was mentioned down below it’s possible to get the animations and armatures.

Guess we're gonna act fast or sooner with the assets before it shuts down it's servers officially on 27th September.

I heard they're pulling the plug soon...

Or until September before EoS happens

At least anytime now till September we would still get a chance of getting an update cause S-Rank Zero was the last character or so. Plus we had re-runs too.

Any chances on the special collaboration event-exclusive stuff? There were collaboration events between Street Fighter V: CE, Monster Hunter Rise, and recently, Devil May Cry 5.

Wow

Thank you for the uploads guys! Appreciated!

it may not be straight forward, but we at least have something to work with.

Unfortunately, the files in LocalLow > CAPCOM folder are all encrypted, so it isn't as straightforward as it may look like.

@awua I found an X DiVE folder in AppData -> LocalLow -> CAPCOM which size is 2gb, so it might be the folder that you are trying to find.

the pc version stores the assets in some hidden folder somewhere? or is it full "online" cant seem to find the models and the main folder is too small to be true.

@Hallow ah okay

@IekTheWubbox You'll have to manually select the eyelid's in edit mode to remove them since the majority of these are unrigged(despite being a unity game), the game has them rigged to "Bone_Eyelid_L/Bone_Eyelid_R" bones which seem to be the only facial bones that the game actually uses from what I've noticed in-game and via ripped animations.
