this game uses unity yes, i tried using AssetStudio.v0.16.8 on lego mario apk i extracted and i was not able to get any custom models from the game, why did this happen?

@Leg_Plays_YT You can download the apk off of Google Play and view the contents via something like 7-Zip. As for the model format I will figure that out soon enough, but will assume that it's in Unity.

People are upset moreso the fact that it's a playset rather than a display piece, and forget that Lego is first and foremost a toy. (Lego collectors regularly get disappointed by the additions of play functions to sets because it may detract from the appearance.) Not to mention the recent drama of LEGO and tech-focused themes such as Vidiyo.

Imo, It's one of my favorite themes, they translated the gameplay aspect so well into physical play, and they nailed the brick-built characters, It'll be interesting to see Luigi for 2-Player co-op, and hearing rumours, we'll get minifigs in a D2C set next summer.

@GregoryTheGamer @josesantiago1231 it's largely undeserved, it's just that there are many folks who've wanted Lego Mario minifigures since the day they were born, and instead got a weird Minecraft-looking Mario thing. I think it's nice that you actually build Bowser, Yoshi, etc instead of having exclusive minifig parts for each, but also the aesthetic is totally different from all other Lego stuff. it's just a gimmick rn, (Lego and Nintendo both like odd gimmicks) but if it sells well enough then eventually we'll likely end up with normal Lego Mario figures.

I'm sure everyone else is still pissed at Lego for wasting the licenses used in Dimensions just only for that game. Especially Sonic.
Do hope we get more Nintendo stuff that are in the standard minifig line. Imagine Lego Legend of Zelda or Splatoon sets

Not this specific game itself but just Lego Super Mario in general?
It somehow misses both the points of being either LEGO or a Video Game.
