It's been a long time since I made that comment and yes, I just took a quick look, and I was wrong, in fact most of them seem to be modeled from scratch, but at least Egbert's model is a true copy of his model from the third game. Take a look at his texture, it's exactly the same as the third game but in a very low resolution.
I played the Ice Age 2, 3 AND 4 games and the textures don't match with these ones at all so idk what you mean
Many of them were copied from the Ice Age 3 game.
For a marketed movie game, these models look surprisingly good
