Q: Why isn't the dirty book included here?
A: Internally, the dirty book isn't a room prop. Rather, it's an held object whose position is dependent on Gregory's position (when it's sitting open on the desk) or an obtainable item (when it's sitting closed on the desk).

Q: How were these models ripped?
A: Using https://github.com/boringhexi/ghs-tools to extract the files, and https://github.com/boringhexi/GregoryHorrorShow-Blender-IO to import them into Blender.
