Notes for fixing weird looking bits (in Blender):

Eyes:
- Run the included "chulip-eye-fix-script" script in the Text Editor window to just fix the weird eye-area color
or
- Run the included "ps1ify-chulip-script" script in the Text Editor window to set all the materials to look more like they were in-game (ie. blending the textures with the vertex colors) (fixes eyes as well)

Blockiness:
Every edge keeps getting set to sharp when I export for some reason
Google will not give me an answer why
In edit mode: select all > Edge > Clear Sharp
then you should be able to smooth the model back out
