Models do NOT have broken texture/UV mapping. Models use mirrored repeat or seamless tiling. This allowed game developers to for example only draw half or quarter of a circle and mirror tiling will turn it into a full circle.

Gangs logos on Tanks use edge "Clamping" This means the edge of the texture is smeared outwards instead of tiling repeat.

Models ripped using "Nemu64 Graphics" (LemD3D9.dll) *not the (combine debug) version* using the Export VRML option. 1st starting with Project64 2.3 but after it started locking up after a dump I moved to 1964 1.1. Than loaded into Blender to remove everything but the model I wanted than centered in the world and saved as .obj/.mtl

XN Convert used to mass convert the textures from .bmp to .png. Alpha layer added when needed. Nemu64 Graphics dumps textures as bmps and will save texture and alpha layer as 2 .bmps *******_c.bmp is the base texture and *******_a.bmp is the alpha layer.

As for why the textures are "only gray". I feel like the game has some sort of mask layer or overlay layer to tint the textures and that isn't being seen by Nemu64 Graphics.

Note to models resource staff:
Model(s) checked with View 3D Scene, Model Checker and Model Converter X. Many of the Tanks report "Material "NameHere" has no texture. This is from the mesh on the underside of the Tanks. Ingame these meshes are made black.
