Actually, this thing is Hinokuri Level 1. There are three levels of it.
Hinokuri Level 0 lacks the onion-like part. You can find it on the test level.
The other one, Hinokuri Level 2, has a skull mask.

@Untitled That's the file name. The entity itself would just be Hinokuri, as a reference to the Kurikuri (Strollin Stus) that it drops. In that early trailer, you can see that Early Strollin' Stus more resembled it.
