Thats because the team who worked on Chamber of Secrets also made Spyro: A Heroes Tail. The games themselves however do not use the same engine.
just looked into it. There IS a Hogwarts map from the Chamber Of Secrets game (due to this game and the COS both being made by Eurocom)
