Doc von Schmeltwick: Tikal's hands were updated but the rest of the model is the same.

@robowil They didn't update ANY NPCs other than the Chao (and maybe Tikal), I think, other than a bit of texture sheen differences.
I'm surprised that they didn't update their models for SADX.
